Our family’s cats had been going to the same vet for six years, but after three bad experiences and an emergency vet stay, we went looking for a new vet. VEG provided us with a list of vets in the Easley area, and after looking at reviews and websites, we decided to try Clearview.

With a very sick kitty, I wasn’t feeling particularly confident, but from the moment I walked through the door at Clearview, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Dr. Seguin and the whole Clearview staff have been awesome, attentive and very friendly. We’ve never been treated as just a number or a way to make money.

From that first visit, Dr. Seguin has taken the time to sit down, listen to me and answer my million questions. While she was always realistic about the severity of my cat’s illness and never made promises, she gave me hope and reassurance. She has taken the time to call specialists for second opinions and advice in trying to help, but the thing that stands out to me most is that she listened to me when I explained what I noticed with my cat. Even when the lab work seemed to tell a different story, she took into account what I knew about my cat and his behavior when coming up with a medical plan, rather than looking at the numbers alone.

She clearly has a heart for animals and is invested in making sure both pets and pet parents are well cared for, and that care spills over to her entire staff!

While I hate how sick my cat had to get before we came to Clearview, I truly feel it was a blessing that we landed there. Dr. Seguin and her team have been the absolute best, and there’s not another vet or team I’d want taking care of our cats. I highly recommend Clearview. In fact, I’ve already referred a friend, and she’s had a similar experience.

First let me say that Miss Amy, which is what I like to call her, is not only an amazing vet she's an amazing person. I know that I can talk to her and share any concerns I may have. And the technicians always love on the babies I bring in. My kitty cats always feel loved. I know things are not always going to go my way, and nobody's perfect but the ladies that work here do their best to make sure you're taken care of as well as the babies you bring in. I took my little King Charles Cavalier to Clearview yesterday afternoon for an evaluation before she is to have a procedure to spade her. Every single person who works for Clearview was warm, informed, and very interested in my dog’s health. Clearview animal Hospital is the best animal hospital veterinarian in the whole area! We’ve got five dogs and a cat that all go there.
