Appointment Deposit
We know scheduling changes happen. Please call ahead to rebook or cancel your appointment. A $50 nonrefundable fee is required to honor the time and give you and your pet our undivided attention.
An appointment is forfeited if an owner arrives more than 30 min after their scheduled apt time without calling.
